How to lose weight super fast and super easily at home without any exercise ?



This article is all about diet side of weight loss . This is a ultimate side of the weight loss , specially about the diet side of things .
Remember , how you look and your weight , depends primarily on your diet . Exercise does help you a little bit (20-30% of the overall weight loss journey) . There are some do’s and don’ts when it comes to weight loss dieting but there are two ground rules you must know about .

Rule 1 :    Diets and the dietitians are the past thing nowadays . The truth is now , weight loss isn’t about following a fixed meal plan . It is all about learning about FOOD SCIENCE  and making better food decisions and also understanding the fact that we are present in 2019 . We all are grown up between the JUNK FOOD , DESERTS & DELICIOUS FOOD all around . So , if you want to lose weight successfully , you should in-cooperate with those factors . You can’t follow a diet unless it’s a fun diet to follow . If you want to lose weight in the long term process , you will only be able to stick to a plan if you are also enjoying it along the way .

Rule 2 :   The only key to lose weight is the CALORIC THEORY . You should burn your calories more than the amount you put into your body up to the point you reach to your target weight . (i.e. Your target weight is 65 kg . Now you must maintain a caloric deficit in your body every single day to reach 65 kg of weight )

The speed of the weight loss is decided on a scale . 

0.5 kg in a week is a very healthy way to lose weight , and that is what you should stick to . As you move towards the right of the scale , you reach to the harder versions of the weight loss . Here , you need to follow some certain diet plans , which make it a more difficult for you and asks some sacrifices from your end . Now , it all up to you which part of the scale you will choose .
Are you ready to take up the sacrifices for a rapid weight loss , or do you want to choose the easy way and get some slow but steady weight loss ?
So , let’s start with the level 1 of weight loss .

Level 1 : Give up the deserts

 Deserts are something which contains high amount of sugar (addictive substance which creates the same reaction that cocaine does) , dirty carbohydrates and unsaturated fat .
The combination of this three addictive foods make deserts very addictive .

Level 2 : Cut off vegetarian junk food

 The non-veg junk food contains at least some amount of protein macros but the vegetarian junk food contains only refined carbohydrate primarily along with a lots of unhealthy fats . So , if you are vegetarian and love to eat foods outside , your only protocol should be eating paneer and tofu base dishes , because paneer contains some protein and added fat in it .

Level 3 : Replace all the simple carbohydrates with complex carbohydrate

 There are two types of carbs , simple (Bad) & complex (Good) . Bad carbs consists of high GI and it’s easy to digest , whereas good carbs consists of low GI and it’s hard to digest . Good carbs keeps you energized longer than the bad carbs . You should keep in mind that you must consume complex carbs . Check the list bellow to know the foods that comes under complex carbohydrates .


If you follow these 3 levels , you will never put on excess weight throughout your life span with also some cheat meals on your diet .
The next levels are the sacrificing diets you must have to follow .

Level 4: Paleo Diets

 It is an American concept of diet . But as most of you are living in India , you should follow the Indian Paleo Diet theory . Several types of dals are included in this form of dieting . Now , Paleo Diet consists of low carb foods , meat , veggies , fruits and dals . Starting with fruits in the breakfast , you can have vegetables and meats throughout the day except high carb foods .

Level 5 : Ketogenic Diet

 It’s a very effective diet for weight loss . A lot of people thinks , Keto Diet is not good for health because they don’t like the idea of quitting carbs from their diet and also it is very hard to follow . You need to maintain you patients to achieve the best results from it . It is very low carb diet where the net carbs can’t be higher than 20g a day . Net carbs are those which you get only from vegetables and those will be your only carb sources throughout the journey . Your vegetables should only be green leafy . You can’t even eat carrots , bit roots etc. on this diet . If you take up Keto Diet , it will be a life changing thing to you . If you strictly follow the rules of this diet , you will achieve your weight loss very rapidly .

Level 6 : Intermittent Fasting

It involves fasting for 16 hours a day and you can eat only for 8 hours a day in all total . It is a very effective diet and not a huge number of people follow this because of it’s fasting theory . Remember , again you should take care of above mentioned food selections while following even in this diet also .

Level 7 : Intermittent Fasting + Ketogenic

It’s completely safe of combining the the diets and get a SUPER FAST weight loss . You will end up losing 5kg in a week by combining these two , but need to follow the rules of IF & KETO very religiously . Remember , it’s a very difficult protocol to follow this .

Level 8 : Salt-less Diet

It is a very unhealthy protocol , something which I don’t recommend . It’s about cutting all the salts from your diet for a very ripped figure . Some people follow this only when they have some shirtless or bikini photo-shoot or some important events where they have to show off their figure . This this also done by all the bodybuilder who competes in the competitions . This rule is just for 2 or 4 days and for someone who already owns a good physique to show off .
